Alejandro Beltran, McKinsey & Company
Alejandro Beltrán is the Managing Partner of McKinsey & Company in Spain & Portugal. Since joining the Firm in 1998 he has worked for several leading international companies, mainly in the areas of Corporate Finance and Strategy and in the Telecommunications, Banking & Infrastructure industries.
In the past he was a member of the European leadership team of the Corporate Finance and Strategy Practice departments and fully led this practice in Iberia for 4 years. He is also leading the relations and work with the Public Sector in Spain. Alejandro Beltrán holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Universidad de Navarra and MBA from IESE. Before starting his professional career at McKinsey, he worked in the construction and real estate industry.

Daniel Carreño, GE
Daniel Carreño, who was born in León (Spain), has spent more than 13 years working at General Electric, where he has held various positions, and for the past three years has been the President and CEO for Spain and Portugal. Previously he enjoyed a successful career at Hewlett-Packard, where for seven years he held several positions of responsibility in the Finance and Sales departments. He holds degrees in Law and Economic and Business Studies from the Comillas Pontifical University (ICADE, Madrid) and has extensive postgraduate training. Currently Daniel Carreño is chairman of the Spanish Federation of Healthcare Technology Companies (Fenin), Vice-Chairman of the American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham), and member of the governing bodies, among others, of the Junior Achievement Foundation, the Technology and Health Foundation, the American Business Council and the Association for the Advancement of Management (APD).

Santiago Olivares, FERROVIAL
Santiago Olivares is Chief Executive Officer of Ferrovial Services. Ferrovial Services is one of four business units within the Ferrovial Group. The company has more than 65,000 employees and generates revenues close to €3.7 billion. Santiago Olivares joined Ferrovial Services in 2002 as Business Development Director, later becoming Director of its International Division. In 2007, he was appointed Chief Executive Officer and member of the Executive Committee of Ferrovial Group. He is also Vice?chairman of Amey plc and a board member at Heathrow Airport Holdings Limited. Prior to joining Ferrovial, he worked for seven years at top management consulting firm, McKinsey & Co. He developed his consulting activity in Madrid and collaborated actively in the start up of several offices across Latin America. Among other activities, he was involved in projects related to the privatization of the electric, utilities, oil and gas industries in Spain. Born in 1967, Santiago Olivares holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Pontificia de Comillas University (ICAI) and a Master in Business Administration (MBA) degree from the MIT Sloan School of Management.

Javier Rodríguez Zapatero, Google
Javier Rodriguez Zapatero is the current CEO of Google Spain, Portugal, Turkey and MENA. In 1991 he left a career in auditing to start a career path in multinational companies. He worked for 7 years at Procter & Gamble where he gained experience in Marketing and Sales. He then served for two years as Director of National Accounts at Johnson Wax. His professional experience in the Internet field began more than a decade ago when the consumer sector joined Yahoo! in May 2008. Javier Rodriguez Zapatero served as European VP of Yahho!, a position that was combined with that of CEO of Yahoo! in Spain. From 2003 to 2005 he served as president of the International Advertising Bureau Spain (IAB). He was a member of the Board of “Autocontrol” between 2004 and 2006, and VP of Expiga from 2001 to 2007 (Ex P&G partners, association of which he is also a founder). From 2011 to 2012 he was Chairman of YPO Spain (Young Presidents Organization), an worldwide organization with more than 15,000 members who believe that education is the basis for future leadership. He is currently an active member of this organization. He is also chair and co-founder of the Academic Council of the Higher Institute for the Development of Internet (ISDI), a company engaged to the educational encouragement for training in the field of Internet business. During his extensive career, various media and institutions have recognized his work. He has been recognized with several awards including the Interactive Personality of the Year for 3 consecutive years (2003-2005) by the "Interactive" magazine, the "ASTER" award presented by ESIC to the best professional in the Communication field (2008), and the best Andalusian executive of the Year in by "Andalucía Economíca" (2010).

Carlos Torres, BBVA
Carlos Torres Vila is the head of Digital Banking. From 1991-2003, he was a partner at McKinsey & Company, and from 2003-2008 he served as Corporate Director of Strategy of Endesa and a member of the Excutive Committee. He also served as board member for both Auna and Endesa Chile. In 2008, Carlos Torres Vila was the CFO of Endesa. He graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (Cambridge, MA) in 1988 with a BS in Electrical Engineering and a BS in Management Science. In1990 he obtained a MS. in Management from MIT's Sloan School of Management. He also holds a Law degree from Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia.
